YapCCong 개인정보처리방침 (Privacy Policy)

적용 범위. 본 개인정보처리방침은 행복한아이들(대표 조우영, 사업자등록번호 804-74-00631, 이하 "회사")이 운영하는 YapCCong(얍꽁) 서비스 — 웹사이트 https://yap.ccong.ai, 폰 웹앱(yap.ccong.ai/m), Windows 앱 — 에 적용됩니다. 회사는 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

Scope. This Privacy Policy applies to the YapCCong service — the website https://yap.ccong.ai, the phone web app (yap.ccong.ai/m) and the YapCCong Windows app — operated by Happy Children (행복한아이들, sole proprietor Wooyoung Cho, business registration no. 804-74-00631, "we"). It explains what personal data YapCCong collects, why, who processes it, and your rights.

1. 수집하는 정보와 목적 (What we collect and why)

회사는 데이터를 광고 목적으로 쓰거나 제3자에게 판매하지 않으며, 사용자의 영상·음성·목소리를 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. We never sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use your videos, audio or voice to train AI models.

2. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전 (Processors and international transfers)

서비스 제공을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁하며, 일부는 국외에서 처리됩니다(개인정보 보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제3호 — 계약 이행을 위한 처리 위탁). 이전을 원하지 않으면 해당 기능(서버 편집, AI 구성, 내 목소리, 유료 결제)을 이용하지 않을 수 있으며, 문의처로 거부 의사를 알릴 수 있습니다.

We use the processors below to provide the service; some process data outside Korea. You may decline by not using the related feature or by contacting us.

3. 보관 기간과 삭제 (Retention and deletion)

서버 편집(폰) 영상·결과물: 완성 후 30일 뒤 자동 삭제됩니다(폰에서 고치거나 올릴 수 있는 기간은 7일). 게시용 임시 사본은 게시 후 24시간 안에 삭제됩니다. Server-edited videos and outputs are deleted automatically 30 days after completion; temporary copies made for publishing are deleted within 24 hours.
PC 앱 영상: 사용자 PC에만 저장됩니다. 분석을 위해 서버로 보낸 음성·텍스트는 처리 후 보관하지 않습니다. Windows-app videos stay on your PC; audio/text sent for analysis is not retained after processing.
소셜 연결 토큰: 앱에서 연결을 해제하거나 해당 플랫폼에서 액세스를 철회하면 즉시 삭제됩니다. Social tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect in the app or revoke access on the platform.
목소리 샘플: 설정에서 삭제할 때까지 보관되며, 삭제 시 합성 업체(Fish Audio)의 사본도 함께 삭제합니다. Voice samples are kept until you delete them in Settings; deletion also removes the copy at Fish Audio.
휴대폰 번호·수신 동의: 사용자가 지우거나 계정을 삭제할 때까지.
계정·사용 기록: 계정 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다. 다만 결제·정산 기록은 전자상거래법 등 관련 법령에 따라 5년간 보관합니다. Account and usage records are deleted with the account; payment records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law.
계정 삭제 방법: 데이터 삭제 안내를 따르거나 아래 문의처로 요청하면 10일 이내에 처리합니다. To delete your account, follow the Data Deletion Instructions or contact us; requests are completed within 10 days.

4. 이용자의 권리 (Your rights)

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람·정정·삭제하고, 처리 정지나 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. 소셜 연결 해제, 목소리 삭제, 소식·혜택 수신 끄기는 앱 설정에서 바로 할 수 있고, 그 밖의 요청은 문의처로 보내면 됩니다. 만 14세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to or withdraw consent for processing at any time. Disconnecting social accounts, deleting your voice and turning off news/offers are available directly in the app; other requests can be sent to the contact below. The service is not intended for children under 14.

5. 소셜 플랫폼 데이터 (Data from connected platforms)

Instagram·Threads (Meta): 연결 계정의 ID·사용자명을 표시하고, 사용자가 발행을 누른 릴스·스레드 게시물(영상·문안)만 게시합니다. 메시지·댓글·팔로워 정보에는 접근하지 않습니다. We display the connected account's ID/username and publish only the Reel or Thread the user explicitly submits. We do not access messages, comments or followers.
TikTok: user.info.basic으로 연결된 TikTok 계정의 표시 이름·아바타·open_id를 받아 게시 대상을 보여 주고, video.publish로 사용자가 발행 버튼을 누르며 직접 고른 공개 범위·댓글/듀엣/스티치 설정·상업 콘텐츠 공개대로 사용자의 TikTok 계정에 게시합니다. 초안 저장이나 다른 TikTok 데이터 접근은 없으며, TikTok 개발자 약관과 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 준수합니다. Through user.info.basic we receive the connected TikTok account's display name, avatar and open_id to show where the video will be posted; through video.publish we post the video to the user's own TikTok account with the privacy level, comment/duet/stitch settings and commercial-content disclosure the user chose when pressing Publish. No drafts, no other TikTok data. We comply with the TikTok Developer Terms and Community Guidelines.
YouTube (Google): 아래 6항 참조. See section 6.
각 플랫폼의 계정 설정에서 언제든지 YapCCong의 액세스를 철회할 수 있습니다. You can revoke YapCCong's access at any time in each platform's account settings.

6. Google 사용자 데이터와 보호 조치 (Google user data & data protection)

수집 범위 (What we access): 사용자가 YouTube를 연결하면 Google OAuth를 통해 youtube.upload(사용자가 요청한 영상 업로드), youtube.readonly(연결된 채널 이름 표시) 범위만 요청합니다. 저장하는 Google 데이터는 OAuth 리프레시 토큰과 채널 ID·채널명뿐이며, 시청 기록·구독·댓글 등 다른 데이터는 읽지 않습니다. When a user connects YouTube we request only youtube.upload (to upload the video the user asks us to) and youtube.readonly (to show the connected channel name). The only Google data we store is the OAuth refresh token and the channel ID/title.

보호 메커니즘 (How it is protected):

전송 중 암호화: 모든 통신은 TLS(HTTPS)로 암호화됩니다. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS.
저장 시 암호화: OAuth 토큰은 서버에서 AES-256-GCM으로 암호화해 저장하며, 암호화 키는 데이터베이스와 분리된 환경 변수에만 보관됩니다. 평문 토큰은 어디에도 기록되지 않습니다. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; the key lives only in a server environment variable, separate from the database. Plaintext tokens are never logged.
접근 통제: 암호화된 토큰은 서버(Vercel, 대한민국 리전)와 데이터베이스(Supabase, 대한민국 리전)에서만 복호화되며, 복호화된 접근 토큰은 해당 사용자의 업로드 요청을 수행할 때 그 사용자의 기기에만 짧게 전달됩니다. 직원이 사용자 데이터에 접근하지 않으며, 다른 사용자나 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다. Decryption happens only on our servers (Vercel and Supabase, Seoul region); a short-lived access token is passed only to that user's own device to perform the upload they requested. No human access, no sharing with other users or third parties.
최소 보관: 사용자가 앱에서 연결을 해제하거나 Google 계정 설정에서 액세스를 철회하면 토큰은 즉시 삭제됩니다. 계정 삭제 시 모든 Google 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. Tokens are deleted immediately when the user disconnects or revokes access in their Google Account; account deletion removes all Google data.

제한적 사용 (Limited Use): YapCCong이 Google API로부터 받은 정보의 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 제한적 사용 요건을 포함하여 해당 정책을 준수합니다. Google 사용자 데이터는 사용자가 직접 요청한 YouTube 업로드와 채널명 표시에만 사용되며, 광고·데이터 판매·AI 모델 학습에 사용되지 않습니다. YapCCong's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to perform the YouTube upload the user explicitly requests and to display the connected channel name — never for advertising, sale, or training AI models.

7. 안전성 확보 조치 (Security)

모든 통신은 TLS로 암호화되고, 소셜 토큰은 AES-256-GCM으로 암호화해 저장하며 키는 데이터베이스와 분리해 보관합니다. 서비스 키는 서버에서만 사용되고 접근은 필요한 최소 인원으로 제한됩니다. 사용자 영상은 사용자 본인만 접근할 수 있는 서명된 주소로만 제공됩니다. TLS in transit, AES-256-GCM for stored tokens with keys kept apart from the database, server-only secrets, least-privilege access, and per-user signed URLs for video files.

8. 쿠키와 저장소 (Cookies and local storage)

웹사이트는 Google Analytics 쿠키로 방문 통계를 수집합니다(개인 식별 정보 미포함). 앱은 로그인 세션과 화면 설정을 브라우저 저장소에 보관하며 광고 추적 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다. The website uses Google Analytics cookies for aggregate statistics; the app keeps the login session and UI preferences in browser storage and uses no advertising cookies.

10. 방침 변경 (Changes)

방침을 바꿀 때는 이 페이지에 게시하며, 수집 항목·목적·위탁처가 바뀌는 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 앱 또는 이메일로 알립니다. Changes are posted on this page; material changes are announced in the app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
