Full refund within 7 days of a charge if you haven't used paid features (video analysis / AI composition) in that billing cycle, or any time the service failed to work. Partial refunds within 7 days deduct usage; annual plans refund the remainder minus months used at the monthly rate. Cancel anytime to stop future charges while keeping access until the period ends. Request via yoyokr85@gmail.com or the refund link in your Paddle receipt; refunds are returned to your payment method within 3–10 business days.
