Full refund within 7 days of a charge if you haven't used that billing cycle's plan credits, or any time the service failed to work. Partial refunds within 7 days deduct the share of credits used; credit packs never expire and can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits were used — partly used packs and free credits (free plan or compensation) are not refundable, and remaining credits are forfeited when the account is deleted; annual plans refund the remainder minus months used at the monthly rate. Cancel anytime to stop future charges while keeping access until the period ends. Request via yoyokr85@gmail.com or the refund link in your Paddle receipt; refunds are returned to your payment method within 3–10 business days.
