YapCCong 이용약관 (Terms of Service)

1. 사업자와 적용 범위 (Operator and scope)

본 약관은 행복한아이들(대표 조우영, 사업자등록번호 804-74-00631, 부산광역시 해운대구 좌동순환로433번길 30, 202동 4501호, 이메일 admin@ccong.ai, 이하 "회사")이 제공하는 YapCCong(얍꽁) 서비스 — 웹사이트 https://yap.ccong.ai, 폰 웹앱(yap.ccong.ai/m), Windows 앱, 관련 API — 의 이용 조건을 정합니다. Google 계정으로 로그인하거나 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These Terms govern your use of the YapCCong service — the website https://yap.ccong.ai, the phone web app (yap.ccong.ai/m), the YapCCong Windows app and related APIs — operated by Happy Children (행복한아이들, sole proprietor Wooyoung Cho, business registration no. 804-74-00631, 202-4501, 30 Jwadongsunhwan-ro 433beon-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan, Republic of Korea, admin@ccong.ai, "we"). By signing in or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. 용어 (Definitions)

• "이용자": 서비스에 로그인해 이용하는 사람. "User": anyone who signs in and uses the service.
• "콘텐츠": 이용자가 올리거나 서비스로 만든 영상·음성·글·이미지·페이지. "Content": video, audio, text, images and pages you upload or create with the service.
• "연결 계정": 이용자가 YapCCong에 연결한 YouTube·Instagram·Threads·TikTok 등 소셜 계정. "Connected account": a social account you link to YapCCong.
• "크레딧": 이용량 단위. 영상 약 1편이 10 크레딧입니다(10분마다 10, 15분 미만은 10). 기능별 차감량은 요금제 안내에 게시하며, 분석이 실패하면 차감하지 않습니다. "Credits": the usage unit. About one video is 10 credits (10 per 10 minutes, 10 for anything under 15 minutes). The credit cost of each feature is shown on the pricing page; failed analyses are not charged.

3. 서비스 (The service)

YapCCong은 이용자가 촬영한 영상을 음성 인식과 AI로 자동 편집(자르기·구성·자막·타이틀·번역)하고, 이용자가 미리 보며 고친 뒤 이용자의 명시적 조작으로 연결 계정에 게시하거나 파일로 저장하게 하는 도구입니다. 블로그 글·채널 페이지 생성, 이용자 본인 목소리로 하는 나레이션 합성, Windows 앱의 심화 편집 기능을 포함합니다. AI가 만든 결과(자막·구성·문안)는 부정확할 수 있으며, 이용자는 게시 전에 내용을 확인할 책임이 있습니다. 회사는 기능을 추가·변경할 수 있으며 중요한 변경은 미리 알립니다.

YapCCong automatically edits footage you recorded (cutting, composition, captions, titles, translation) using speech recognition and AI, lets you review and fix the result, and — only on your explicit action — publishes it to your connected accounts or saves it as a file. It also generates blog posts and channel pages, synthesises narration in your own voice, and offers advanced editing in the Windows app. AI output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. We may add or change features and will announce material changes in advance.

4. 계정 (Accounts)

서비스는 Google 계정 로그인으로 이용합니다. 이용자는 만 14세 이상이어야 하며, 계정의 관리와 계정으로 이루어진 모든 활동에 책임을 집니다. 한 사람이 여러 계정을 만들어 무료 한도를 반복해서 쓰는 것, 타인의 계정을 쓰는 것은 금지되며 회사는 그런 계정을 제한할 수 있습니다.

You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 14 years old and are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Creating multiple accounts to repeat the free allowance, or using someone else's account, is prohibited and may lead to restrictions.

5. 요금, 결제, 해지, 환불 (Fees, billing, cancellation, refunds)

• 무료 플랜: 처음 100 크레딧(영상 약 10편)을 무료로 드리며 매달 초기화되지 않습니다. 다 쓰면 유료 플랜이나 충전 팩으로 이어서 이용할 수 있습니다. 대본 디자인은 크레딧과 별도로 처음 10회까지 무료입니다. 무료 플랜으로 만든 영상에는 YapCCong 워터마크(얍꽁 캐릭터와 yap.ccong.ai 표기)가 들어갑니다. 워터마크를 지우거나 가리는 것은 금지됩니다. Free plan: your first 100 credits (about 10 videos) are free and do not reset monthly; after that, continue on a paid plan or with credit packs. Script design is free for the first 10 uses, separate from credits. Videos made on the free plan carry the YapCCong watermark, which may not be removed or hidden.
• 유료 플랜: 월간 또는 연간 구독으로 제공되며, 해지하지 않으면 같은 기간으로 자동 갱신됩니다. 현재 요금과 한도는 요금제 안내에 게시하며, 요금·한도를 바꿀 때는 30일 전에 알리고 다음 갱신부터 적용합니다. Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Current prices and limits are shown on the pricing page; changes are announced 30 days in advance and apply from the next renewal.
• 충전 팩: 플랜과 별도로 한 번 결제해 사는 크레딧으로, 무료·유료 플랜 이용자 누구나 살 수 있습니다. 사용 기한이 없으며, 플랜 크레딧을 먼저 쓰고 모자라면 충전 팩 크레딧에서 씁니다. 구매 후 7일 이내이고 한 개도 쓰지 않은 팩은 청약철회(전액 환불)할 수 있습니다. 일부를 쓴 팩과 무료로 받은 크레딧은 환불 대상이 아닙니다. 계정을 탈퇴하면 남은 크레딧은 소멸합니다. Credit packs are one-time credit purchases available to anyone on a free or paid plan. Pack credits never expire; plan credits are used first, then pack credits. A pack with none of its credits used can be withdrawn for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Partly used packs and credits received for free are not refundable. Remaining credits are forfeited when you delete your account.
• 결제: 결제는 회사의 결제 대행사인 Paddle.com Market Ltd(영국)가 판매자(Merchant of Record)로서 처리하며, 결제 수단 정보는 Paddle만 보유합니다. 결제에는 Paddle의 구매자 약관도 적용됩니다. Billing is handled by our reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record; Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms also apply. We never store your payment instrument.
• 해지: 폰 화면이나 Windows 앱의 요금제 화면에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 유료 한도를 쓸 수 있고, 그 뒤 무료 플랜으로 바뀝니다. Cancellation: you can cancel any time in the plan screen; paid limits remain until the end of the period already paid, then the account returns to the free plan.
• 환불: 결제(또는 갱신 결제) 후 7일 이내이고 그 결제 주기의 유료 기능을 쓰지 않았으면 전액, 일부 썼으면 사용량을 뺀 금액을 환불합니다. 연간 결제는 사용한 개월 수(월간 정가 기준)를 뺀 잔여분을 환불합니다. 7일이 지난 뒤에는 디지털 콘텐츠 제공이 개시된 것이므로 전자상거래법 제17조 제2항에 따라 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 서비스 장애로 유료 기능을 정상 이용하지 못한 경우에는 사용 여부와 관계없이 전액 환불합니다. 자세한 절차는 환불정책을 따르며, 요청은 admin@ccong.ai 또는 Paddle 영수증의 환불 링크로 보내 주세요. Refunds: within 7 days of a charge (or renewal) you get a full refund if you have not used paid features in that billing cycle, or a refund minus usage if you have; annual plans refund the remainder minus months used at the monthly rate. After 7 days the right of withdrawal is limited under the Korean E-Commerce Act (Art. 17(2)) because delivery of digital content has begun. If an outage prevented normal use of paid features you get a full refund regardless of usage. See the Refund Policy; request via admin@ccong.ai or the refund link in your Paddle receipt.
• 한도: 유료 플랜 크레딧은 매달 1일에 새로 채워지고 남은 양은 이월되지 않습니다(무료 플랜의 처음 100 크레딧과 충전 팩 크레딧은 초기화되지 않습니다). 남용을 막기 위한 분석 시간·AI 호출·미리 듣기 등의 내부 상한이 있으며, 정상 이용 범위를 크게 넘는 경우 안내 후 제한할 수 있습니다. Limits: paid-plan credits refill on the 1st of each month and do not roll over (the free plan's first 100 credits and credit-pack credits do not reset); internal anti-abuse ceilings apply to analysis time, AI calls and previews.

6. 이용자 콘텐츠와 권리 (Your content)

콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위(저장·처리·미리보기·이용자가 요청한 게시·공개 페이지 표시)에서 회사가 콘텐츠를 사용하도록 허락하며, 회사는 그 밖의 목적(광고, 판매, AI 모델 학습)에 콘텐츠를 쓰지 않습니다. 이용자는 콘텐츠와 그 안의 인물·음악·상표에 대해 필요한 권리와 허락(초상권, 저작권, 상표권 등)을 가지고 있음을 보증하며, "내 목소리"에는 본인의 목소리만 등록해야 합니다. 공개 페이지와 게시물의 내용에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

You own your content. You grant us a licence to store, process, preview and — when you request it — publish or display it, solely to provide the service; we do not use content for advertising, sale or AI training. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights and permissions (likeness, copyright, music, trademarks) for your content, and that you only register your own voice for "My voice". You are responsible for what you publish.

7. 연결 계정과 게시 (Connected accounts and publishing)

연결은 각 플랫폼의 공식 OAuth로 이루어지며 언제든 앱 또는 플랫폼 설정에서 해제할 수 있습니다. 게시는 항상 이용자가 대상·공개 범위·설정을 고르고 발행 버튼을 누를 때만 실행되며, 이용자가 고른 대로 이용자의 계정에 올라갑니다. 이용자는 YouTube, Instagram, Threads, TikTok 등 각 플랫폼의 이용약관과 커뮤니티 가이드라인(상업 콘텐츠·브랜디드 콘텐츠 공개 의무 포함)을 지킬 책임이 있으며, 플랫폼의 정책·API 변경으로 게시 기능이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 회사는 게시물의 노출·성과를 보장하지 않습니다.

Accounts are connected via each platform's official OAuth and can be disconnected at any time. Publishing happens only when you choose the destination, privacy level and settings and press Publish, and the post appears on your own account as configured. You must comply with each platform's terms and community guidelines (including commercial/branded-content disclosure). Platform policy or API changes may alter or suspend publishing features; we do not guarantee reach or performance.

8. 금지 행위 (Prohibited conduct)

• 불법하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠(저작권·초상권 침해, 명예훼손, 혐오·폭력·성적 착취물 등)를 만들거나 게시하는 것
• 타인의 목소리·얼굴을 동의 없이 등록하거나 사칭·기만 목적의 합성 콘텐츠(딥페이크)를 만드는 것
• 스팸, 자동화된 대량 게시, 플랫폼 정책을 우회하는 이용
• 여러 계정으로 무료 한도를 반복 사용하거나 워터마크를 제거·가리는 것
• 서비스를 역설계·크롤링·재판매하거나 서버·API에 과도한 부하를 주는 것

You may not: create or publish unlawful or infringing content (copyright, likeness, defamation, hate, violence, sexual exploitation); register another person's voice or face without consent or create deceptive synthetic media; spam or mass-post automatically or circumvent platform policies; repeat the free allowance with multiple accounts or remove the watermark; reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service, or overload our servers or APIs.

9. 지식재산 (Intellectual property)

서비스, 소프트웨어, 얍꽁 캐릭터, 상표와 디자인은 회사의 자산이며 본 약관은 이용자에게 서비스를 이용할 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가한 권리만 부여합니다. 이용자가 만든 결과물의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.

The service, software, the YapCCong character, marks and designs are ours; you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Output you create is yours.

10. 서비스 변경·중단 (Changes and interruptions)

회사는 점검, 장애, 외부 서비스(플랫폼 API, 클라우드, AI 제공사)의 문제, 불가항력으로 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 가능한 한 미리 알립니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 30일 전에 알리고 이용자가 데이터를 내려받을 수 있게 합니다.

We may suspend the service for maintenance, outages, third-party (platform, cloud, AI provider) issues or force majeure, with advance notice where possible. If we discontinue the service we will give 30 days' notice and let you download your data.

11. 이용 제한과 계약 해지 (Suspension and termination)

이용자는 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다(데이터 삭제 안내). 회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반하면 경고, 기능 제한, 계정 정지 또는 해지를 할 수 있으며, 중대한 위반이 아니면 미리 알리고 소명 기회를 줍니다. 해지 시 유료 요금은 5항의 환불 규정을 따릅니다.

You can delete your account at any time (see the Data Deletion Instructions). We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice and a chance to respond unless the violation is serious. Paid fees on termination follow section 5.

12. 보증 부인과 책임 제한 (Disclaimer and limitation of liability)

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 회사는 AI 결과의 정확성, 게시의 성공, 조회수·수익 등 특정 성과를 보장하지 않습니다. 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 회사의 책임은 손해 발생 전 12개월 동안 이용자가 회사에 지급한 금액을 한도로 하며, 간접·특별·결과적 손해에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 소비자 관련 법령이 보장하는 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI output, successful publishing, or any views or revenue. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

13. 준거법과 분쟁 해결 (Governing law and disputes)

본 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁은 먼저 admin@ccong.ai를 통한 협의로 해결하며, 해결되지 않으면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 한국소비자원 등 소비자분쟁조정기구에 조정을 신청할 수도 있습니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are first addressed by contacting admin@ccong.ai; unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Consumers may also seek mediation through the Korea Consumer Agency.

14. 약관 변경 (Changes to these Terms)

회사는 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바뀐 약관은 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 웹사이트와 앱에 게시해 알립니다. 시행일 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

We may update these Terms; changes are posted on the website and in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to users). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms; if you disagree, you may delete your account.
